I worked exclusively with James, and would not have had it any other way, as he promptly answered my multitude of questions—even when research was necessary as the information available was frequently confusing and conflicting. In addition to being acutely adept at understanding the national, state and local real estate market and climate, James’ Wall Street background allowed me to feel that at all times, he was looking at the properties I was considering as an important investment that was being added to my already diverse portfolio, and doing his best to protect me from any unnecessary risk or potential downside.
