We selected Jamese based off her experience, reputation and professionalism. After our first conversation with Jamese, we shared our expectations for our next and Jamese contacted each and every builder and she was persistent on obtaining feedback so that she could inform us. While we were away on vacation, we contacted Jamese about a new home build in Norfolk. We loved the design of the home and asked her to contact the builder to determine if we could meet and walk the property. We fell in love with it! We wrote a contract the same day and she did not hesitate to send it. We spoke every few days about the progress. When we had questions, she followed through quick. She was always on it. Closing was timely and she assisted with this. We had some issues with things that needed to be fixed and she met with the builder and at times would contact them without our knowledge - mostly anticipating our needs. Jamese was proactive and a true advocate. She is really one of the best real estate agents that we have ever worked with, really a gem. We cant say enough about Jamese.
