James is basically the guy to see at the shore, especially Point Pleasant Beach. He knows more than anyone about the area, responds immediately, never gives up even with the very difficult transaction I presented him with, and in the end, he made it happen which is really the most important part. I can't imagine why anyone would choose another agent at the shore.
