We initially met Kirt when he managed to sell my son's condo which was complicated by the fact it involved the city of Burbank being a partial owner. He needed to move the condo fast as he was due to move back east for a new job within a few months. Kirt did all of the complicated negociations with the city and the new buyer, and managed to sell it in a short time. We told him that when we were ready to sell our home we would call him, and thus three years later we called him. Each time he did an exceptional job, being so knowledgeable and efficient. He'll always check with us each step of the way to make sure we were all on the same page. You can rest assured that you are in the right hands.
