We highly recommend using Jameson as your realtor! This was our first time purchasing a home, so we started off the process a little nervous and mainly just looking to get more information and see what was in the market. Jameson was extremely responsive and always made himself available to go look at houses (even when we would request to go see the house the same day). He walked us through the entire process to make sure we understood & also helped to make recommendations on companies for home inspection, mortgage, title company, etc. that we ended up being very pleased with. During the negotiation process, once we had come to an agreement with the sellers, Jameson came back and said "I asked for a little bit more money toward close and they accepted". We truly felt like he was treating this experience with the care as if he were purchasing the home for himself. He even surprised us on the day of close, when we walked into our new home and there was a piece of decor we had mentioned that we loved left in the home. Somehow he had negotiated with the owners to let us keep it! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jameson as our realtor and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jameson sold our starter home and helped us find our forever home. Jameson is incredibly patient and really gets to learn his clients. He knew better than we did in many instances what house was or wasnt going to work for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and looks out for his clients. Jameson is super responsive and can make things happen on a tight deadline. I highly recommend Jameson if you are looking to sell your house or looking to buy a house.

Our friends referred Jameson to us and I am so glad we worked with him to sell our house and buy our new house. We were concerned we might not even break even on our starter home, but Jameson sold our house in less than a week and we actually made a profit. Jameson was incredibly patient while we searched for our forever home. He took us all over Howard County trying to find the right house. We fell in love with a house, but it was over budget and we were running short on time as our house already sold. With Jamesons expertise we were able to buy the forever home and settle quickly. We dont intend to move again, but if we ever change our minds we will call Jameson.

Jameson has been extremely helpful since I started with him. Right away he had sent potential properties within my criteria in 15-20 minutes after speaking with him. He knew about each neighborhood/community that we were in. He also knew the information as we walked in each potential home. Any time I have had questions or needed help he has promptly responded to me. Jameson also took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to meet my needs. Would definitely recommend Jameson to any one looking for a home!

Extremely helpful in every aspect of home buying, not afraid to answer questions from a first time home buyer. We were nervous when we started looking at homes but the attention from Jameson really uplifted the whole process. We had a limited time to look at homes in Baltimore, he made it a point to cater to our schedule and maximize the exposure to our choices.
