Jami is very patient and knowledgeable. He is also very honest. He analyzed my area to get a comparative price for my home. He explained to me that if I did certain things to the condo, I would get the fair market value price and it would sell quickly. I did as he advised and my home was under contract three days after it was listed and I got the full price. Other units in my building were so overpriced and lacked upgrades, they didn't sell. I was lucky to have such a good agent. He takes a personal interest in his clients, getting them the best deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
