Jami was an excellent realtor. She was very flexible with our schedules and made us a priority. She had a good knowledge of the area and did not show us homes above our desired price limit. She responded to questions in a timely manner. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to, this was great as we were first time home buyers. Best of all, she was not pushy!! It was a very comfortable experience all around, especially considering we made the biggest purchase of our lives. Jami is a fantastic realtor! She took the time to get to know our entire family (kids included) and our wants and needs. She is very knowledgeable about the entire home selling & buying process. From staging and selling the old house (accepted offer within 2 weeks) to the final closing on the new, she was there for us and answered all our questions quickly. When our buyers agent would not respond to her, she contacted the lender and title company to get the answers we needed! Jami was responsive and amazing throughout my home buying process. She was able to swiftly respond to my changing needs and desires. For instance, after I backed out of an accepted offer on a house due to a poor home inspection I had informed Jami that I was I had reconsidered what I was looking for: now I was looking for condo rather than a house...and on a time line. Jami was able to send me condo listings the same day. 2 weeks later I had my offer accepted on a condo. She was fantastic to work with and I plan to recommend her to friends and family

Jami helped me sell my parents house when I needed the help the most. I am out of state and she was there to help me every step of the way. When I had questions, the response was there, even when she was traveling. When I needed help cleaning out the house, she made herself available to let people in and referred me to services that could take care of what I needed done. We needed to sell a house as part of a relocation. Jami came to our house and made some suggestions as to how we could prepare the house for sale.After we had completed those items, she came with her photographer and prepared a very attractive presentation of our home for internet viewing.She was responsive to our questions, was knowledgeable about the neighborhood housing market and held several showings. We got more than one formal offer and sold the house in 4 days. She is excellent and very easy to work with. We highly recommend her.
