- Jamie listed and sold my home
Jamie was the best when we needed to sell our home. She listened to what we wanted, provided us with guidance when we were thinking about things wrong and even worked us through of a couple problems that needed correcting. Her patient, caring, and honest approach help us and our buyers consider this the best real estate transaction that we had and this was our fourth home sale. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling in her area!
Jamie was recommended by our daughter and it was a wonderful suggestion! Jaime was very responsive to our many questions, both in purchasing our new build and selling our old house. She suggested that we repaint in neutral tones and though we resisted at first, we did.The house looked so put together in the photos that it was worth the time to paint! She suggested a price that was a little lower than we were envisioning to get more eyes on the property and potentially more visits. Her suggestions worked! The house was only on the market for 5 days and we had two offers, both above the asking price. We closed on our new home in early August and on our old house twenty days later.
