Jamie is the definition of a true professional. Excellent advise from start to finish. She acts in your best interest and is completely transparent and honest. She was super responsive to all parties and everyone who had any interaction with Jamie were all happy to work with her and her positive energy. I really cant say enough I strongly recommend Jamie as a realtor to anybody. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jamie Conn has a black belt in selling homes.

I was so lucky to have had Jamie as my Real Estate agent. I immediately liked her high energy, yet she could speak to me in a calm, patient pleasant manner. Always willing to explain critical information throughout the entire process. I always felt that Jamie had my back. She would call, email or text me messages as reminders of details I was responsible for taking care of. I loved that, since the whole process of selling and buying is complicated enough. She listed my home and it sold in 6 days . Jamie also showed me many condos and I found one I am very happy with. Always a smile on her face!!!

When I met Jamie over a year ago, she laid out her plan on how she would go about selling my condo. When I finally find my new home, I followed Jamie’s advice, put in my offer and it was accepted almost immediately. Within two weeks my condo was staged, up for sale, and sold. Jamie’s plan right from the start worked. She is knowledgeable, upbeat and a doll to work with, answering my many texts and phone calls without ever seeming to be annoyed, while guiding me through the process.

She sold my home in a matter of days at a more than competitive price. The staging she did was fabulous and her timing of the open houses was exact - she knew when people might come and they did! Jamie also handled the purchase of my current home and again her negotiation skills and market knowledge were very impressive I am more than pleased that Jamie is my real estate agent!

Jamie was honest, informative, and readily available throughout the entire buying and selling process. She knew the market and was able to price our house so it sold over asking. She has a great team of photographers that took beautiful pictures of my house. Jamie and the team that she works with made our experience effortless.

Jamie is simply the best. She is professional, very knowledgeable about the local markets, and goes above and beyond to make the home buying/selling process as smooth as possible. Knowing that we had our hearts set on a particular Wilmington neighborhood, Jamie took it upon herself to put flyers in everyone's mailbox and ended up finding us a wonderful new home as a result! Jamie's dedication to her customers really showed through in every step of the process - we can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
