Jamie was instrumental on my purchase of a vacation home. I live in Huntington Beach, CA and without her helping out I would have had to fly back and forth. If I could give 10 stars I would! Jamie is an absolutely wonderful realtor to find a home with. We were looking for a needle in a haystack property on the water up on the chain - one that could house multiple generations, while also having a LONG list of wants and needs with three very picky personalities. We searched for around 9 months and Jamie showed the utmost care and attention to detail in what we truly wanted in our home. From the moment I first reached out she was extremely communicative and responsive even in one of the most hectic housing markets. She is VERY well connected on the chain and knew about listings before they hit the market giving us the best chances of securing a waterfront home. In the end - we ended up with a home that was off market due to her close connections, and we could not be happier! She was with us every step of the way from seeing probably almost every home on the water that was for sale this past year, to negotiating the offer on our house, there for the inspection process, and even when we hit some bumps in the road with a very fast close. Jamie runs a very well put together website and Facebook page. Her level of marketing expertise led us to choose her as our realtor, and we are very happy with that choice. She kept in close contact with the buyer's agent and our attorney to ensure a swift and successful closing on the house. We encountered 0 issues at inspection, final walkthrough, and closing - this was 100% due to Jamie's preparation. If we ever need to buy or sell in the Chicagoland area again, we would certainly use Jamie's services. Additionally, we will happily recommend her to family and friends.

Jamie was amazing to work with as first time home buyers! From the very beginning she calmed our nerves and made sure everything was super simple and easy for us to follow along. Jamie is outstanding in every way. We had challenges EVERY step of the way. Here are a few notes: We had to comply with COVID measures and Jamie did all of that seriously. We had a lender that dropped us last minute, long story, and Jamie helped us identify a new lender, get a more comprehensive survey for appraisal, and receive financing. Jamie recommended an inspector who was a straight-shooter and trustworthy; his observations ended up being totally congruent with what our contractor is seeing. Jamie negotiated a $25k lower price on our home. Jamie is sharp, kind, organized, and persistent. She is a great communicator and cares about the people and the process. She has pride and integrity. I'll tell everybody I know about her; she's great.
