If I had to pick one word to describe Jamie it would be Integrity. He is a man of his word. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to do business with. In Spring of 2018, my wife and I put our property up for sale by owner. Jamie came out and walked it with me and asked if we would be interested in listing the property with him. We decided to keep it for sale by owner at the time, but I told my wife that I felt certain he was going to be the one to sell it after walking the property with him. Over the next few months, Jamie brought several prospective buyers to see it. I even had plenty of people come to see it, myself. After a year of for sale by owner, my job at work became more hectic; and I no longer had the time to handle the calls and appointments, myself. We decided to list the property with Jamie on March 12th of 2019 and we closed on the property on May 20th 2019. If you have the time and patience to sell it yourself, that's great. But if you want to get it sold, call Jamie! I will definitely reach out to him again when I need to sell land in the future.

Jamie worked with me about 6 months showing me various pieces of property that could meet my needs.He was always responsive and happily showed me the land. This involved bringing a side by side UTV to actually ride and walk the land.We ended up finding a piece of land (40 acres with a small Cabin) that perfectly met my needs and desires.I would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for rural land or homes.
