I only recommend Jamie and her team to anyone I know looking for a house. She saved me from making a horrible deal. She then asked me what it was I was really looking for in a house. A few minutes later j had an email with listing that were close to my criteria. She worked hard to be able to show me a listing with my busy work schedule. She never tried to sell me a hoyse, she just told me all the facts and the history about it and let me take a look and get a feel for it. For the first few houses I passed on she would ask what I didn't like about it. She wasn't mad she didn't land a sad, she was listening and getting a better idea from me of what I was looking for. She called me on a Tuesday and let me know two houses just went on the market and I honestly told my wife "one of these is it". The first one was close, the second one was perfect. Bad news was Sunday was the only day my wife and I could both go see the house together until the following weekend. Jamie and her team went out of their way and showed us the house on a Sunday afternoon. Before I went inside I knew I wanted the house and two hours later I was in her office putting in an offer. I've lived there for 6 months now. Jamie kept me updated every step of the way and my wife and I couldn't be happier having a great home in a great neighborhood for our 2 year old daughter to grow up in. The only thing that makes me sad is now that I own the house I don't have a reason to talk to her everyday. She made it real easy for me and I could never thank her enough.
