When we started searching for our first home we had very specific things we wanted. Jamie did a very good job narrowing down the houses that met our needs and wants. I would definitely use Jamie again when we decide to buy/sell again. I was also recommend Jamie to anyone in search for a new home!

We started working with Jamie when we moved to Nebraska from out of state. She showed us tons of homes but we were not ready to commit to buying yet because we hadn't found a home that felt right. A year later, after living the apartment life, we were eager and ready to find our home and we turned to Jamie to help us again. The market was HOT! and homes were selling quickly and with multiple offers. It was discouraging to us that finding a home felt like a part time job. There was no time to think about whether you wanted a particular home because it would be gone after a day. Jamie was always patient with us and showed us countless homes. Finally, after a long exhaustive search, we got a message from Jamie that she had made a showing appointment for us that night because she found a home she thinks we will love. It wasn't on our radar and hadn't showed up in any of our searches but Jamie had gotten to know us well enough that she knew it would be a home that we would like. Turns out, this home was exactly what we wanted and we are so glad we waited to find the perfect home. We had no hesitation when we put in our offer - the home had only been on the market a few days. Jamie was such an advocate for our interests and held our hand until closing day. I can't imagine leaving this home, but if we do, Jamie will be our first call.
