I had a great experience with Jamie as my realtor. I wanted to sell my house in Media Borough so contacted Jamie who was thorough and professional throughout the entire process. We put the house up and I got asking price within 2 days. Jamie made the entire process so easy and there was not one hiccup. Jamie was also extremely knowledgeable about the area which helped with setting asking price, getting movers, etc. I strongly recommend her and in fact referred her to my sister who is now under contract for the house she was selling in less than 3 days and again for asking price. Jamie (Kerezsi) is a ROCKSTAR realtor. My wife and I were quite picky when it came to house hunting. Jamie listened to our wants/needs and feedback on house viewing and sent us selections that met a lot of what we would be looking for in various areas around Delco. Finally after 3-4 months of searching a home popped up that we were interested in. She made she we were THE FIRST showing once it was available. She helped us make sure we had everything prepared ahead of time so that when we wanted to make an offer - we were positioned to do so. For the home we purchased we made an official offer the night after visiting it and had it accepted within 24 hours of viewing the home. From there, everything was cake. Jamie checked in and guided us every step of the way until we went to settlement - I could not recommend a better realtor.
