Incredible person looking out for her clients/friends best interest. You will not find a more ethical realtor or broker. She continues to work with you through some difficult offers and helped you finally make the purchase of your new home. She supports your best interests more than just wanting a sale. She listens when you have concerns and addresses the issues so that you can move forward. Another thing that you will like and value is that she continues to provide information to you that you will need before you have even finalized your move.

She got us what we needed! Very professional, she took the time to find out what we wanted, gave us a full day of showing houses to maximize our time. And always went above and beyond. First time home owners so we were completely clueless. But she made sure we got a great deal out of it!

I worked with Jamie to sell 3 separate properties as part of my Dad's estate I was the Personal Representative for. All the properties were in Everett, WA and I live in Portland Oregon. When my wife and I met Jamie, she was very professional and could tell she knew the market and the real estate business. She was always honest about what to expect and communicated at every turn in regards to the entire process on ALL 3 PROPERTIES. I presented Jamie with a low budget in a desirable area but Jamie prevailed and showed many, many places and although we were not successful with our offers Jamie never gave up and worked to find creative ways to get me a home. Unfortunately other factors came into play and I decided to stop looking but when the time is right again I will with out a doubt call Jamie. I also refer her to friends that may be looking.
