Jamie is a real estate agent with Kuhn Realty. With The Turner Team you will have 2 Realtors working to find your home. They will ask you to provide a list of your "must haves" and then they will take you on a tour of prospect homes. Once they find your future home, Jamie & Jarrett will work closely with your lender, title agency, inspectors, and appraiser to make sure the home buying process is as smooth as possible. They work with different lenders who specialize in different types loans (VA, FHA, Conventional, 203k Renovation, and Construction). Jamie & Jarrett work closely with inspectors who are looking out for their buyers. Jamie & Jarrett also work with buyers who are looking to purchase vacant land.
