Jamie listened very closely to my wife and I needs, provided sound suggestions/ recommendations to ensure the house was ready to place on the market, and communicated very effectively. Jamie provided details about the Innovation Technology she used with sellers. In addition she articulated eloquently about the benefits utilizing her software tools verses approaches other Realtors used. In addition, when it came to the length of the contract to sell the house and the commission fee terms were aligned with what my wife and I were looking for. Jamie was extremely clear with setting the tone, direction, and detailed documentation which helped illustrate the selling. She was very personal, easy to talk with, and provided encouragement. Jamie looked out for my wife and I interest by discussing offers/options, did a superb job with negotiating / partnering with the buyers sales agent, and ensured paper work were in order. Jamie communication was spot on. While going thru the selling process, she explained the various steps, where we were in the process, & what to expect next. Jamie also ensured her team / staff provided timely updates & follow ups to me. The day before the closing there was a sub pump issue resulting in repair work and clean up to take place. Because I was living out of town, Jamie stepped up to the plate to do what was needed to help resolve the problem. She effectively communicated the issue to the realtor / buyer, explained what was being done, and provided coverage until the issue was resolved. Jamie then negotiated with the appropriate parties to move the House Closing on the same day at a later time. (She went above and beyond the call of duty.) Because of Jamie's personal skills, she made things very straight forward and provided me total confidence that I was in Good Hands with Century 21 Innovations.

Jamie Warosh has been a pleasure to work with in my search and purchase of a condo. She is very responsive to any request from e-mail, messages and texts and supplies a team to ensure no step is missed. I was kept informed during the entire process from making an offer, the acceptance and all steps required for closing. A checklist was provided of what was needed prior to closing including addresses and phone numbers to contact utilities, cable, phone, etc. I had no issues during the process and I contribute that to Jamie and her team!

Jamie is very intellectual and knowledgeable in her business.
