Jamila was an incredibly energetic champion in selling our rental home. We live out of state and Jamila helped us in identifying a handyman and stager to prepare the home for sale. She went above and beyond, delivering flyers around the neighborhood as the home hit the market. She was responsive and clearly communicated throughout the process. We were pleased to close with over-asking and no contingencies. If we had another property in the area, we would definitely turn to Jamila again.

Jamila went above and beyond to help me sell my condo and to find the perfect house to buy. She was able to connect me with several different professionals to help not only with cleaning out excess stuff but also with painting and other prep work to sell the condo. There were a lot of moving parts throughout the process, but she helped get me into contact with all the right people at just the right times. Highly recommend.

We couldnt have had a better real estate professional. For over a year Jamila worked tirelessly running to homes and doing videos, or meeting different family members for us since we were out of state. She literally drive one end of Missouri to the other without a complaint. I purchased my SoCo condominium in late 2022. Jamila represented me as buying agent. The transaction included one concern that could have resulted in my withdrawal. Jamila carefully threaded a solution, agreeable to both parties. Less than a year later, I found myself with the need to sell the condominium. Of course, I chose Jamila to represent me; this time as selling agent. In the eleventh hour of the close of a sale, Jamila notified me that the buyer's underwriter had canceled their participation, jeopardizing my purchase of another home. Within twenty-four hours, Jamila dug into her inventory of interested buyers. Within days, Jamila had another purchase proposal set up. I closed within the next five weeks; thanks to Jamila's effort. Working with Jamila was absolutely wonderful! My house had a homeowners claim while under contract. That added a layer of difficulty to the entire process, however, Jamila handled this situation effectively and efficiently. She orchestrated and met vendors at my house for multiple bids, always going above and beyond. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
