Team Blair sold our house in Tahoe and did a fantastic job! The whole team was incredibly professional and responsive but Renee McArdle went above and beyond to locate and meet with handymen, movers, stagers and any other little thing we needed as we didn't live in the area. We could not have asked for a better, more professional and detail oriented real estate team to work with and we interviewed many before we chose to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home in the area.

Drew, Jamie and Lisa were unbelievable to work with! These guys really are the best of the best.Buying a Tahoe house from the Bay Area isn't easy and we had been tracking the market from a distance for roughly a year. A perfect house came to market, but due to timing we were unable to see the house in person before bids were due. Drew/Jamie did a video tour for us, leaned on their strong broker relationship and put us at ease with their knowledge of the market. Drew was so transparent through the negotiations and responded/got on calls at all hours of the day and night. Jamie's knowledge of the Tahoe market was insane and put us at ease with price/value. "Ho Hum.....Here comes another 5 Star review of Team Blair/Compass. Short version of my story: I'm not sure you can find a better Realtor anywhere, let alone at Lake Tahoe.On July 30, 2018, my wife & I flew into town hoping to enlist a Realtor that could sell my father's house as he moved from Kings Beach to Reno. When we arrived, we had our choice down to two friends of a friend & figured one of them would end up our listing agent.When we got to Tahoe, I had no idea who Team Blair was & had no desire to add another Realtor to the interview process. Thank goodness my wife had the sense to pass my phone number across the desk of the vacation rental agency we were using when they mentioned that they were affiliated with Team Blair Tahoe. She called the agency looking for some help finding a housekeeper to clean Dad's house and, before you knew it, I've got Jamie on the phone asking if he could come by & see the property.We knew we were being ambitious. In the 6 days before we flew home, we needed to: Interview Realtors, have a signed listing agreement, get my 86 year old father out of his home & into his new address, find a moving company to pack and move his goods, and hire a junker to clean out 25 years of mess.We also needed to begin the repair process before we left town: Start getting the house re-carpeted, replace flooring, paint the deck, spruce up the yard, complete a punch list of repairs inside & out, deep clean the home, seal the driveway and finally: Find a buyer before winter set in.Jamie & Drew showed up as agreed on Aug 2 and had a plan in hand on how to get the home marketed and sold. They listened to our needs and realized we were in a unique situation: We needed a partner that would help us manage the work needed to get the house sale-able while we were back home in San Diego. Where other Realtors flinched, Jamie asked for another meeting the next day. Little did I know he was bringing along his "Closer".......Liza-With a "Z".When Jamie, Drew, & Liza showed up the next morning, their marketing plan from the day before was refined, fleshed out & precise. Liza was exactly what we needed to get us headed in the right direction. Not only did she know how to manage the work process, she knew where to point us to find people to complete the work. We signed the contract before flying back home on the 4th.Liza is incredible. She was spot on when it came to prioritizing work given our limited budget. When the carpet company I picked decided that they couldn't get the job completed until November, Liza had another guy in her address book that would turn it around in a couple of days. She was our eyes and ears while we were back home, & was quick to communicate daily details as we moved thru the repair process.Fast forward 13 days to August 17th: Workers are finishing up on a long list of repairs. The house is looking ready for prime time thanks to Liza's watchful eye. I'm looking forward to seeing how Jamie & Drew's progressive marketing plan goes once we hit the MLS. We're going to get the house on the market in a couple of weeks & I'm stoked!Unfortunately, I never got to find out how Jamie & Drew were going to put their plan into play. Before planting the For Sale sign in the lawn, they had a full price offer in hand. We accept the offer, go thru the sales process, and (with lots of help & communication from Lisa-With an "S"), the home closed on September 5th.When we started talking to friends in the business about getting some names of Tahoe Realtors to talk to, the messages were consistent: "Don't expect to find anyone who will go beyond the basics." "No one wants to work up there." "Every Realtor I know up there is a flake."Our dealings with Jamie, Drew, Liza, & Lisa couldn't be further away from these stereotypes. I'm amazed at the professionalism and sense of urgency shown by everyone at Team Blair Tahoe. The Team is smart, pleasant, convincing, and resourceful. If you're considering a transaction, do yourself a favor & put Team Blair on the top of your interview list. I can't promise they'll work a miracle for you like they worked for us, but I can promise that they'll outwork any other Realtor around."

"We live in SF and have wanted to buy a Tahoe property for years. We found Jamie through Yelp and "interviewed" him, as well as several other agents, over the phone. "The whole Team Blair (Jamie, Drew, + Lisa were our primary contacts) was so great to work with. From my very first phone call where I asked Drew a billion questions to the care they took to help recommend contractors / electricians / handyfolks for fixes and improvements on our new Kings Beach cabin, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor team. Lisa is about the most on-top-of-it super-organized person I've ever worked with, and Jamie + Drew really made it feel like we were their most important client, even though I know they have so many deals going at once. "Considering that the gang at Team Blair receive nothing but 5 star reviews, this review is redundant and unnecessary. But my wife and I are so pleased with Jamie, Nicole, Lisa and their amazing team that not writing this review would reflect poorly on us.We decided to list the property on very short notice, so we stumbled into the Team Blair offices on a Saturday just to inquire whether they might be willing to stop by the next day to take a look at our house. We were told that Jamie was traveling and that a couple of their realtors were out of town that weekend, but Nicole said that they would do their best to bring a few team members by on Sunday. The next day, Nicole and 5 other pleasant women from Team Blair showed up to take a look at the house. We immediately felt that these ladies were genuine, competent and had our best interests in mind. We signed on without ever having met Jamie. Team Blair had our home listed in a matter of just a few days.Being absentee owners during the sales process, we needed our realtors to manage every detail for us. And from appraisal to inspections to shoveling snow to cleaning the house, that's precisely what Team Blair did. And they kept us in the loop every step of the way. At no point, in what turned out to be a rather complicated, drawn out transaction did we ever lose faith in Jamie and his team. They helped us get an offer in a matter of days, they got the appraisal to come in at value, they handled the negotiations in a professional manner, and to top it off Jamie personally picked up documents in San Francisco and drove them back to Placer County to speed up the closing.
