Jamy helped us with our questions and was open to any house we wanted to see. He always had knowledge of the homes we went to go look at. He even brought to our attention he thought we might like. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

Selecting Jamy to be our realtor was one of the best decisions we've ever made. I've known Jamy for a long time, and know he is a genuine person who is trustworthy, reliable, and down to earth. Selecting a realtor is a decision that is important enough, that you might not just "go with someone you trust" but rather, go with "someone who will do the best job". Jamy far exceeded all of mine and my family's expectations, and got and outcome we couldn't even have imagined.We decided to sell, and chose Jamy as our listing agent, as well as, our buyer's agent for our new home. From the time we began the process, Jamy simplified everything for us. Buying and selling a home is stressful, no way around it, but knowing we had someone like Jamy handling most everything for us was very reassuring. Jamy took care of every little detail from start to finish. He was honest and truthful from the start, and presented my wife and I with multiple options in a variety of different scenarios. He also called out things that we wouldn't even have thought of. When you're in the fog of buying and selling a home, there are so many details that can be overlooked, but not with Jamy. He also protected us as his clients and gave us very sound advice. Very appreciative for that.As far as availability, Jamy was always there. If we had a question late on a Friday night, he answered. If we needed to meet to look at a home, even in not the greatest weather... he was there. He was extremely responsive and there was never a time where we had to wait to hear back from him. When you are crunched for time and in a hurry, waiting even a few hours can seem like days, but we never had that with him. He was just simply available whenever we needed him.I truly believe that if we would have went with the other realtor we were "considering", we would not be sitting in our brand new beautiful home right now. Jamy was wonderful when helping me find my home. He was always available to talk, he answered ALL of my ridiculous questions and was with me every step of the way of the process. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He went above and beyond for me. Driving all over St. Louis to look at homes, sending me listings that were to my liking, etc. Even months after he still checks in and makes sure I'm well and everything is going well. I highly recommend Jamy as a realtor!

Jamy was always there for my husband and me. He made the process so much easier for us. He always had answers, he even talked to me on his off day to resolve my concerns. Even after the process was done, he still helped us solve problems! He is a God-send!
