Lastly, they study the homes they present so they are very knowledgeable about them ahead of time; as a first timer, that is extraordinarily appreciated! My plan changed so I am not able to evaluate negotiations; however, I would expect five stars based on the rest of the experience with this strong team.

Jan Delimont is very professional. Our family home was sold in thirteen days. Jan was always available to answer our questions and guide us through the transaction.
