Where to start! Jan has been absolutely incredible since the day we met her. My husband and I were first time home buyers back in 2020 and Jan helped us find our home with such ease. She listened to what we wanted and more importantly stayed within our budget. Fast forward to 2023, we decided to sell our home and we couldnt have asked for a more smooth experience. She walked us through every step and answered all of our questions in detail. Weve learned so much from her and we truly trust her opinions. Shes extremely knowledgeable and so kind. Jan came into my life during a difficult time. I had lost my Husband just 3 years prior and so I needed to sell our home. I was under contract with another Agent for quiet a few months and my home was not attracting any buyers and due to the technical nature of the Estate I had to part ways with the Agent. Jan was then recommended to me and on the same day she put the house back on the market, she got a response from someone who wanted to see the house the next day. Then another person reached out to see the home the following day who in turn made an offer on home. I must say though that because of the technical nature of the estate it was a very long process, however if I didn't have Jan to help navigate through all the difficulties that we were up against, I don't know what would have happen. She never gave up, she worked tirelessly every angle she could and finally after 7 months the transaction has been completed. She is a beautiful person inside and out who puts her client first. She is professional at everything she does but she is also caring. May her future be filled with blessing and love. I would recommend her to anyone who is out there Trying to buy or sell a home, she will have your back always.

The property we just bought was complete remote closure (end to end) due to COVID. Jan has been phenomenal throughout the process. Highly likely to recommend -- March 2019 -- I was told it would take a long time and be painstaking to sell my property in Texas. I had a couple of inquiries about it, but people were not consistent and always tried to get the property for basically what I bought it for years ago. I knew the market was hot and my taxes were going up, but until I contacted Jan I didn't know how much value I was sitting on. She did a great market analysis, priced the property competitively and fielded multiple offers until we got a serious buyer with cash in hand. From there it was simple and painless and Jan build a great team to get it done quickly
