Jana was terrific to work with and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was always available and responsive to our questions and her warm personality, and knowledge of the market and the needs of both myself and the buyer was much appreciated. I had done a FSBO and she was the buyer's agent at first, but they were pre-approved and although I was quite dubious, the deal closed in 3 and 1/2 weeks, just as she advised it would. She was available and on top of the deal at all points throughout the process. I would certainly recommend Jana as a competent and knowledgeable agent to work with.

As first time home buyers, we were very unsure about the process and Jana relieved all of these worries! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and timely throughout our home search. Jana was able to find our dream house in a volatile market. We wouldn't have been able to find something we love so much and with confidence without her.

When it was time to make an offer and respond to counter offers, I was really grateful to have Jana on our side. I have no doubt she had our best interests at heart. What really amazed me is that Jana kept in touch after we closed on the property to make sure we were satisfied and to help with any questions we had. I have dealt with a number of realtors, and Jana was by far the best. The next time I am in need of a realtor's services, I will be going back to Jana.

We worked with Jana to buy and sell our homes. We found her to be an excellent realtor always going the extra mile to find information, explain things we did not understand and guide us through the entire process. Our situation was complicated and no question was too difficult. She is an excellent resource for buying and selling a home. In addition she was able to give us fantastic recommendations for professionals who helped remodel. She continues to be a valuable resource for us now and in the future.
