Jana Setterberg

I have proudly called Colorado home for more than 25 years and have now officially lived in Colorado longer than anywhere else. Depending on who you ask, I could *almost* be from Colorado! The last 20 years of my career I’ve worked on the marketing side in corporate real estate, for both the retail and franchise development sectors, and most recently financial services in the mortgage sector. Fascinated by the ever-changing fabric of the city, moving into residential real estate was a natural transition for me. Whether you’re in the market for a starter home, expanding your nest, or looking to downsize for the next phase of life, I'm committed to making your transition easy to navigate. I understand the complexities of the transaction and how important these decisions are and will work to ensure you’re confident every step of the way. From putting your home on the market to closing on your new space, I'm privileged be your guide.
