      Jane sold home 1319 Parker Road St Paul Texas 75098 was seller agent and owner with her husband and best friend... Jane didn't disclose house had water damage insurance claim only after closing she disclose water damage and details of insurance claim she roof was replaced due to hail damage not water damage she told state water came into the roof they put tarp air out well they didn't have remediation the whole house had mold coming out 7 days after closing they painted over mold instead of fixing house not livable she listed house move in ready. Update roof furance air conditioner carpet new floor cover up mold... she lied about insurance claim she is friends with inspector appraisal they staged the picture to get bank to finance house the house need to be gutted out every room house has mold.. coming out walls ceiling floors cabinets which means the whole house got wet.

        1319 Parker Road St Paul Texas 75098 Jane is dishonest she sold a home was seller and owner... She didn't disclose flooding water damage insurance claim she filed paid court fees sued insurance company aware of damage.. the roof attic has mold wood rot they stain to cover up mold use P90 the house smell like carbon dioxide chemical smell Jane edit MlS say buyer was not given a disclosure and that she represented buyer seller she didn't represent me that would totally be a conflict of interest she lies she knows that she was seller owner August 2025 update MLS when I filed complain state Trec house sold Nov 7,2024 she is not to be trusted.. 7 days closing seller got sick the whole house had black mold it was coming out ceiling you see listed now and 1 year ago they repainted the whole house from white to gray repainted ceiling with sealing to treat mold then repainted to light gray.. inspector Appraisal is her friend he edit reports removing pictures to help Jane get clear from state he was witnessed and so was Appraisal who they gave pictures to put Appraisal to get financial.. After sale Appraisal and inspector deleted online account and information caught the inspector editing while communicating with him detail email he deleted pictures he denied editing after gave detail of pictures garage he removed send another link for inspection report and was different don't trust Jane... Black cause me have seizure it grew in my sinus cavity had in urine and blood never moved in house bank foreclosure I didn't sign up to gut out house mold walls paint foundation attic wood ceiling cabinets
