I have been an investor with my husband for over 30 years rehabing homes and then selling. But when my son and his friends started buying homes, I started helping them find the perfect home. Until one day my son said "Mom you need to get your license so that you can help everyone!" And so in 2004 I did. And I have the job that I love to get up and go to everyday! I work with first time home buyers, repeat buyers, Investors, Sellers, and distressed sellers (to prevent foreclosure). Recently, due to the economy and its effects, I have started helping distressed sellers (preforclosure) and have been quite successful in preventing many foreclosures. I am Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and find that there are many good solutions for sellers who find themselves in difficult situations.
