Having held a Massachusetts Real Estate License since 1986 and being born and raised in Bourne, I have seen all of the different types of Real Estate Markets on Cape Cod. I have owned my own construction company and my primary expertise lies in new construction and building for speculation. I am full time Realtor and Massachusetts licensed Broker.
