Where do we start? Janelle exceeded our expectations as brand new buyers in every aspect of the home buying process. We went with a new build for our first home, the builders were very persistent that we did NOT need a realtor for a new build since the process is very smooth. That was so far from the truth. It wouldn’t have been possible without Janelle’s help. There is so much that goes into the new build process that most (including us) are not aware of, from home interior decisions to walk throughs, meetings, follow up phone calls etc. Janelle was extremely organized and had a file specifically for us to ensure we received everything we asked for. Working a demanding job, I nor my husband have much spare time to stay on top of our process the way Janelle did. It was seamless with Janelle. We never once had to worry or question her dedication. Before I even fully read an email from the builder she was calling me to ensure I understood the documents we were being asked to sign or to re arrange a meeting if needed (assuming she was included in the email of course, sometimes the builder would leave her out, always CC her and she will be on top of that too). Oh, and what most don’t know, including us, it does not cost the client anything to have a realtor on a new build, so it makes no sense not to have Janelle help you out. We believe we found our forever home, but if we want to move or invest in our future, Janelle is our girl! Thank you so much for everything! We love our new home!
