We lucked out! We spoke to Janelle on the phone, liked what we heard, then met her face to face, and hired her right away. We then went about doing the things that Janelle suggested and put our house on the market about a month later. She had a professional photographer put together a slide show and put it on the internet. We followed all her suggestions (price, paint -- two walls, asking price, and then she staged our house). WE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN TWO WEEKS. We never had an open house. We're very certain that she had the best program for selling our house. And, she was a delight to work with.

When it came time to sell my family home I called Janelle, having met her in the past I felt that we would work well together. Janelle offered suggestions in getting the property ready for sale as well as things not to waste my time or money on. Janelle staged the home and had a professional video prepared of the house and yard. The property looked so good in the pictures I hardly recognized it. My home sold in four days and I got more than I thought I would, thanks to Janelle's market knowledge and excellent advise. She is very caring and a great person to have in your camp if you are buying or selling a home.

Janelle is very detail oriented. I felt like she was always one step ahead of us. She took care of all the little loose ends and we never had to worry about anything. We used Janelle as our Realtor for the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new house. Our old house sold much faster than the other houses in the neighborhood that were up for sale over the past year. We highly recommend Janelle and would definitively use her again except we love our new house so much that we are never moving again!

Janelle went WAY above and beyond her "call of duty" when we bought an investment property in the Phoenix area. We planned on two days of searching but instead took up four days of her week. She was patient, friendly and did everything we asked her to do. Living 1,400 miles away put an extra burden on her during the closing process because she had to arrange many things for us while we were back home. We can say that during the entire process Janelle not only was our realtor but became our friend. She did a great job and made what normally is a very stressful time very enjoyable. We certainly will "hire" Janelle again when we decide to purchase another home or sell the one she helped us acquire.
