Janelle Walston

Janelle Walston has worked in the real estate field for over twenty-five years. She has worked across the Pikes Peak region in the residential and commercial sales markets. In 2003 she founded Walston Group Real Estate to provide more personalized service to her rapidly expanding client base. Janelle is known by many in the community as "The Loft Lady" and has been integral in the design, development, and marketing of the first residential housing units in the downtown area. She is an avid supporter of downtown growth and the arts and serves on various committees. In addition to her work downtown, Janelle is very familiar with the single-family market, working with a number of local new homebuilders. Janelle enjoys working with buyers, from first timers to investors, those relocating to the area or retirees. Her experience and market knowledge make the home buying process almost effortless.
