Janet is a GREAT realtor. She listens to your needs and works tirelessly to meet them. She is honest, real and open. You will think that you are her only client! Her knowledge and insight is so helpful; not to mention her sense of humor. She is sensitive to both the needs of the buyer and the seller and thus a fabulous negotiator! We have worked with other realtors but never received the guidance and attention that we received from Janet. Janet helped us sell our house a few years ago, (after having wasted a year with another agent). More recently, she helped us purchase our current home and is representing us in selling another property. We have recommended her to both friends and family...what more can we say about quality and professionalism!!!!

Janet is awesome. There's no one that's like her. She helped us with our house 4 years ago, and then she helped us sell it 4 years later. She knows the area like the back of her hand. She will tell you like it is, no B.S. She doesn't "up-talk" a property just to get you hooked in. She keeps your needs in mind and will show you what she finds. We had to relocate and the agent that's helping us is also good and nice, but there's only one Janet. IF you want someone you can trust to tell you the truth, call Janet.

We had Janet as a listing and selling agent. Our house was on the market for 10 days and then it was sold. Janet knows her business. She is very personable and tells it like it is. Janet is the consummate professorial. She knows this business inside and out. She maintains excellent communication throughout the process . Readily available by phone . If not she'll return the call quickly. She can analyze even a difficult sale to improve its presentation.I had a plain house on a difficult piece of property. Despite some discouraging times she continually reevaluated and readjusted our plan until it sold. She was very good with the negotiations as well. I got the best price possible. She even went above and beyond to file my tax grievance because I lived out of state. The taxes were decreased by several thousand dollars which was critical to the sale. We found all this was just as true when she sold my parents house. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We used Janet to both sell our existing home and help us purchase a new home. For our sale she brought in a professional photographer and the pictures came out great. We had an accepted offer within a week of listing our home. Our purchase proved to be a very difficult process and involved looking at a very large number of homes (some more than once) and having an accepted offer on 4 different homes that for one reason or another never went to contract. Janet did a great job in managing our stress during this process and was happy to take the time showing us all of these homes, with our two kids in tow. When our second to last deal fell through Janet thought to go back to the listing agent for another home that we loved, but the owners ultimately decided not to sell, to see if they may reconsider. They did reconsider and we got the one house we truly loved because she thought to go back to them. I am not sure another agent would have done that and we are extremely happy that she did!

My family used Janet for both selling our coop and buying our house. Janet used her insights and experience to help guide us in making the right decisions. In selling our coop she had the insight to advise us when we had multiple bids to not dismiss the first buyer when we had a higher bid. Sure enough, the one with the higher bid took too much time to move and we were able to sell quickly with the first buyer. Where Janet really shines was when we were buying which I didn't expect to have been much harder. The market in our area was hot and having to deal with multiple bids is to be expected. Janet showed us countless homes but seemed to have insight how things will turn out in each one. She expected the prices to rise and advised us to not let go of particular house. She was able to hold us and the seller together during 6 months of negotiations. In the end, my family are very happy we took Janet's advice and we are in our perfect dream home. I give Janet all the credit for making that a reality. I've worked with other agents and I can swear that you'd want Janet on your side.

She is the best! Very reliable, experienced. Listens to your needs. She goes above and beyond to find he right home for you. She has helped us tremendously around negotiating the price, closing and settling down in our new home and neighborhood. We are so grateful we found her!

The one word that comes to mind when I hear the name Janet Brand you ask? Excellence! I was a property virgin and received Janet's number through a referral and I was very weary of the whole house buying and was full of anxiety. When I first met with Janet I was amazed at how professional, caring and organized she was. The day I initially spoke with her she promptly took me to many homes and had so much energy that I couldn't even keep up with her. She had all info on the home readily available and as we pulled up to the homes I knew all about them so felt comfortable going inside. She went above and beyond her call of duty speaking with me multiple times a day easing my anxiety and discussing properties as she saw them come through the pipeline. I was impressed how she acted as my counselor when dealing with negotiations and discussions with others on my behalf.
