Janet Larsen

Janet is exceptional. Janet has done 7 transactions for my family and I. I would never go to another agent. She is absolutely the best. Two of the transactions were hard core difficult (Septic Issues on a property I was purchasing and an extremely difficult buyer on a property I was selling). She resolved everything and I do believe that if I had any other agent these transactions would have fallen through. She is friendly, caring and treats every transaction as if it were her own. She is an amazing agent and I highly recommend her. If you choose to use anyone else you are not doing yourself any favors. She is the best in the business and you will not find anyone as knowledgeable and professional as Janet.

This is my first home purchase and I didnt know what to expect. However Janet made this experience pleasurable, and worry free. Her expertise are beyond measure, her negotiating skills are impressive. I cant rave enough about Janet. She is the best at what she does and does it effortlessly. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Janet is a hardworking realtor who gets things done. Sold my condo within the first week, and helped us find our forever home! Janet is fair, spent a lot of time with us, and handled everything to ensure we had a smooth sale and purchase. Definitely reccommend!
