Henry Mowers did a 5 star job helping us buy a home! We were very unfamiliar with the area and met Henry when we made an appointment to see a home he had listed. He was very knowledgeable about the home and answered every question we had about the home and the area. He was not pushy and gave us helpful information about buying a home. Although we did not purchase the home he listed, we knew we wanted Henry to be our agent. Because we were not from Idaho, we came back on another occasion to look at homes with Henry. He spent the whole day with us. He set up appointments and showed us all the homes we had wanted to see. With his knowledge of the area and his expertise in home buying, we were able to narrow down the choices and pick the perfect home for us. Henry went out of his way many times to be of assistance and was available during the whole process of buying our home to answer questions along the way. We really can't say enough good things about Henry. My husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks again Henry for all your hard work and help!

Working with Henry was a great opportunity to see what goes on behind the realtors day to day business and what there job consist of when marketing a house for someone and getting it sold in a timely matter. Henry and Janet are great people who knows their jobs. They have you interest at heart the whole time you are dealing with them. One home we were looking at, Janet found out from the neighbors that it was a meth house. Henry had us signing papers at 10:30 at night for some land. They are a great joy to know and work with. Janet identified several homes, matched our budget, and suggested negotiating ideas that got us the home we wanted, at 25% less than the listing price ! She even helped us secure a simple, flexible Rental Agreement with a new tenant. I cant imagine how we could have ever done as well on our own or with another agent.
