Janet and her whole team helped me sell my house quickly. She analyzed the area and the house in relation to the neighborhood and set a fair price. They tracked showings and offers so that I was able keep up with my move. All in all, I have owned 6 houses and Janet has been the best all around agent that I have had selling my houses.

Janet was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, she had a good grasp of what our home was worth and I believe we got more with her then we would have with a different agent as I interviewed several. She also did a fabulous job with professional photos and flyers. We sold our home in 8 days but the deal fell through and that was very stressful but Janet was a trooper and was part counselor for a while . We got several offers 7 days after the other one fell through and it all worked out. We would highly recommend Janet
