Originally from Chicago, Illinois area, I came to St. Petersburg, FL in 1980 and never looked back! Being a Realtor in Chicago taught me many lessons, from walking a lot line in 3 foot snow during the winter to selling properties financed with 18% interest rates, I learned anything can be done if you really want to do it. Real estate became my passion! It has carried me to Florida to becoming a Broker, owning my own office since 2006 and allowed me to involve myself in various leadership positions on the local, state and national levels. I specialize in waterfront and resort properties but also realize that everyone has different real estate wants and needs.
