- Janice helped me buy a home
Janice sold me a property that she personally owned. She claimed at the time of selling that the foundation had been repaired and warranted. She then proceeded to have the crawl space access nailed shut, thus inspectors could not do a fair inspection. Turns out the "foundation repair" was done by a handy man with little or no experience. As repairs weren't done properly and were incomplete. Beware of this seller. She will do the bare minimum and incorrectly at that.
