Janice is just flat out the best agent I have ever known and have ever worked with. First she is an incredible human being. She is kind, listens, goes above and beyond in everything she does. I have called her at 6:30 am and as late as 11:00 pm. She answers the phone or calls back shortly. She is always prompt. Always communicates everything as it unfolds. She is always ahead of the game. Always proactive never reactive. It doesnt matter how long something takes, she is always there for you. I bought our condo through her and sold it through her. She truly is an amazing agent. In my opinion she is by far the best.

We retained Janice based upon a friends recommendation to help us acquire a Florida property while living in Virginia. We had only a few days when we would be physically present in Florida, so Janice thoroughly prepared us for rather brisk market conditions. That knowledge gave us the confidence to act when the right property surfaced. There were several offers on the property we hoped to acquire so we relied upon Janices recommendations on how to structure ours. We were not a cash buyer, yet our offer prevailed others that were and others that were willing to pay more. Janice had been able to find out what was important to the seller and coached us to make our offer meet those priorities. Once under contract, Janice and her team executed flawlessly through to settlement. Her lender recommendation delivered the simplest borrowing process I recall. Janice attended inspections on our behalf and made certain we met contract deadlines by returning a property survey, appraisal and lending commitment and insurance binder in a timely manner. There was not one surprise in the entire 30 day process. We completed our settlement from Virginia. Janice scheduled the appropriate notary service to close our purchase at our place of work in Virginia. The documents arrived a few days ahead of time and she took the time to walk us through them in a zoom session. She also did the final walk through of the property with us via face time on the morning of settlement to verify the property condition met the contract terms. Janice delivered and extraordinary experience. By recommending the right lender, insurance agent and title company, and because we trusted her recommendations, the entire transaction was seamless. She provided simple instructions for arranging utilities and has a stable of other vendors she introduced which span from handyman to pool cleaning. Our friends told us Janice was the best.
