Janice Jenkins

This was my first time buying a house, and Janice Jenkins with Keller Williams made it seem so smooth and easy. I was able to contact her day and night, her knowledge of the area was very helpful, and she was able to get me into the perfect home at a great price. I have recommended her to friends and family, and I will definitely use her in the future

Will absolutely recommend JaniceShe sold our home in 2015 in Azle, TX. We had several realtors try to sell our home, all we heard is we would not be able to get the price we were asking. We even tried to sell it ourselves. Janice came in, listened to us, took great pics and thought outside the box to get it sold. FOR TOP DOLLAR. Janice Jenkins Is the best Realtor we ever had. She sold our house in no time and fine us a new home as well. Everything went so smooth. We recommend her highly. She Gets the JOB done. Also, she is friendly and like family to us now.

04/10/2015 Janice sold our rent house for us in 2015 in Granbury, TX.Janice was amazing. She was very involved and energized. Her enthusiasm was impressive, she kept our property out front and was aggressive in putting it out to all the right places so that it sold in 4 days at our top price. It was a single wide mobile that I really didn't expect to sell for months, let alone at the best price we hoped for. We were very grateful for her effort. We were as important to her as the client with a huge property. I highly recommend her.
