Janice Latimer

Licensed for 35 years with experience in New Home Sales and Resale Market. I acquired my Broker license in 1993 and owned my own company 2007 through 2012 at which time I joined Keller Williams. A lifetime member of the Multi Million Dollar Sales Club since 1995, Distinctive Service Awards from First Tennessee, and also a member of the Women's Business Council. I am presently Principal Broker of their Southaven, Mississipppi office of Keller Williams, the #1 Franchise Real Estate Company in the world. Married, a mother of four grown children and eight grandchildren and I am actively involved in community services. I served as Secretary to Calvary Rescue Mission, a Mission for homeless men, for two years and continue to also support Kingdom Community Builders, a Mission helping racial equality in our inner city. I enjoy Real Estate, representing my clients with the principles this company stands for and strive to give 100 percent to each individual that I serve.
