Mallory was wonderful! From the beginning, she was prompt and professional. She was well prepared to show us the home, and was very knowledgeable. Lynne Anthony is an excellent agent! We really enjoyed working with her. We were first time home buyers with zero experience or idea of how the home buying process worked. Lynne is fantastic; she is patient, very kind, understanding, hard working and extremely knowledgeable. She knew the neighborhoods, schools, and so much information about each house. She pointed out many pros and cons to the homes we saw. She understood our budget, was mindful of our wants/needs, and was very communicative. What I really like about Kim and wanted me to have her in my corner and help us find a home is the first time we spoke she said would educate me on the home buying process which I really needed since this is our first time buying a home. Amy did an amazing job from start to finish. We were relocating due to a job change and I had a tight time frame between starting the home buying process and my start date. Amy worked tirelessly through the weekend doing virtual tours and checking out multiple locations. Unfortunately all the houses we had picked out were not going to work for one reason or another but fortunately for us Amy had found one and as soon as we saw it we knew it was the right house for us. With Jamie, 5 stars do not do her justice. She is very capable of earning a higher rating. She is very responsive to our questions, prompted us when we needed a little push. She explained all the inner workings and kept us on schedule with the mortgage company to meet deadlines. Always has a positive attitude despite some headaches with the assumption process but got the right answers to keep the process moving forward. This was my second home purchase, moving from out of state. Leah has been in the ATL area for a long time and thoroughly understands all the surrounding areas since shes lived in most of them.
