We were so fortunate to have found Janice when we moved to the beautiful Smoky Mtns. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. We lived out of town, and she was patient as we traveled back and forth to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. She was quick to offer to preview homes, and take pictures for us, so we could rule homes in or out, this saved us on travel time.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. She was always very flexible in working with us on setting up times to look at property, especially since we were not local and could only look on weekends and/or holidays. When we finally did make an offer, she was very helpful in getting answers to our questions, and with getting paperwork to us to sign along the way, so the actual closing was a very pleasant experience
