- Janie never responded to my request
She was the listing agent on a home I attempted to purchase. She was not only non responsive to my agent but even to her own clients according to them. She totally misrepresented the square footage on the home I was trying to purchase so it came in under the asking price and was 420 sq ft smaller than listed. She then advised he clients to keep my earnest money. Of course legal action was necessary on my part.
