Janine Acquafredda is the best most motivated women I've ever met. My apt was not going through because of a false report. She research the problem and found out it was false information. Now I'm getting the apartment that I really wanted, all because of Janine. She is aces!

We originally tried to sell our home on our own. After realizing it was such a time consuming task, we began meeting with agents in Dyker Heights and Bay Ridge. We then met Janine. I felt she was ambitious and honest, so we signed with her. In the 8 weeks we had our house with her, I believe we had an open house every week, sometimes two in one week. She advised the more people who saw our beautiful home, the closer we would be to closing a deal. She was right. We highly recommend Janine Acquafredda as your agent. Janine is absolutely amazing. I recently moved to the Dyker Heights area after living in Manhattan in school dorms for three years. I contacted Janine over the summer when I was out of state and explained my situation and what all I was looking for. Janine responded immediately and was very thorough and easy to work with. I was really blessed to find Janine! The market was in bad shape and it seamed to be impossible to find a buyer...but Janine managed to find a buyer in a short time. As an investor, Janine is exactly the type of broker that I needed. She has a good knowledge of Brooklyn. And not just one or two areas. Many times, she would advise me to look at or purchase a property, and I didn't, and almost 100% of the time she was right. The property turned out to be a money maker. I used to use other, local brokers to rent out my units, but this year I decided to give her a shot with one rental, and all the other brokers telling me that I was about $300 over the market value, She got me $200 over ask. She worked for me 24/7 and wasn't shy about telling me what to do even when I was difficult. But I have to say, the most impressive thing about her, is I would call brokers for four or five days, unable to secure an appointment, Janine would call the same person and get me in that same day.
