Selling our house was a very scary time. The decision to sell came along quickly and we had no idea what we were doing. Janis swooped in and told us step by step what needed to be done to maximize our profits. We had previously consulted a different Realtor who way under-valued our home. Janis knew the comps in the area and the time line at which they would be applicable. Within days we had multiple showings and offers on our home and Janis kept us up to date of the activity at every step. Janis was an absolute lifesaver both during us selling our home, as well as when we purchased a new one. She came by to look at our house prior to wanting to list, letting us know what she would recommend we fix or replace, to maximize our sell price, and it turns out we were able to profit quite a bit more than we had anticipated, and because of that we were able to purchase a home that we wouldn't otherwise consider. In buying the home, Janis went well out of her way to accommodate the area we were looking in (even though it was quite a driver for her). She was more than accommodating during the whole process, and she steadily fought to make sure everything was moving along smoothly once we decided to make an offer. I know she had many, many clients at the same time, but she truly made us feel like we were the only ones. Not only would I recommend using Janis to others, we will never use anyone else.

Im so glad I chose Janis Adams as my realtor. She listed my house for a lot more than I would have and I sold it for above asking price. She was very responsive to all my questions and I couldnt have done this so smoothly without her and her assistant Maria. It only took 44 days from when I listed the house to when I closed. Best experience Ive ever had with a realtor.
