Janna Cantero

I highly recommend Janna as a realtor of choice. I truly admire her professional demeanor and willingness to find me the perfect home. She was very knowledgeable and exercised great time management in meeting deadlines. She kept me well informed during the entire process. Because of Janna I found the perfect home and words cannot express my gratitude for the service she provided.

Janna is an incredible sales agent who is very honest and shows a lot of enthusiasm in the work she does. I would never have been able to buy my condominium without her assistance. She helped me find financing, insurance, and an electrical contractor, while under tight deadlines to meet the closing date. I know I could not have done this without her effort and would gladly recommend her to any one that needs an agent. She kept in close contact the whole time and let me know where we stood during the process. Everything she did exceeding my expectations and I am happy to have had her for an agent..

Janna is an amazing realtor she was helpful from the beginning till the very end of the whole process. I was a first time home buyer and didn't even know which county I preferred living in. She was very patient and helped me narrow it down by driving me to all county's I was interested in and showing me homes in all three of the different areas. I then felt comfortable enough that I was making the right decision and we found my dream home! Then she negotiated and got us a deal of a life time on this home...So we are already moving in with over 20k in equity already in my home! She will be recommended to anyone I know that is buying a home. I can't wait to buy a second home just so I can have that experience all over again. Me and my kids couldn't be happier and we definitely loving our salt water pool and jacuzzi!

Janna is professional and a highly skilled Realtor. She is dependable, a great listener and I liked her quick followup & response time. We are a military family moving from Virginia to Tampa. Our experience with Janna was refreshing; her customer service skills exceptional. She followed through while we were out of town and closed on our house a week early. Job well done! Highly recommended!

Janna did an excellent job of finding exactly what we wanted in our first home! She was knowledgeable, professional and honest. She was helpful every step of the way to ensure a smooth buying process. She was always available for questions with an extremely quick response time. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Janna is by far the best and most knowledgable realtor that I have ever known. Her natural insight, incredible attention to details and self confidence turned a very difficult condo management company experience at Culbreath Key into a very successful condo purchase. Janna asked all the right questions that I would never have thought to ask!! Additionally Janna made sure I got the best deal possible with my first condo-purchase/rental investment property at Coquina Key - Waterside South !!! JANNA REALLY KNOWS CONDOS!!! You are the BEST ,,, Thank-you-so-Much!!! BillH
