First, she is a true pleasure to work with. From day one you could sense that she really had your best interests in mind. She drove me through the whole process very clearly and was very honest regarding the kind of homes I could afford given my budget and location. She is really passionate about her work and a tough negotiator so she will make sure you get the best possible deal. In my case, the seller had several offers yet she managed to make mine be the one that the seller accepted. She kept me updated about every change in the purchase process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly. Knowing that your realtor really takes your interests so seriously gives you a peace of mind that is truly priceless. I honestly cannot think of a better person to help you purchase your home.

Jannese was awesome!! She sat me down and explained the whole process, had me out and looking at properties two days later, had a house under contract about a week after that, and was moving in a month later!! She made what could have been an incredibly stressful process as easy as she could, and was available to call or text pretty much all times of day! Since day 1, Jannese was supportive and genuinely interested in my preferences. Her team is friendly and explains clearly the steps that will take place. They hustle with different lenders and insurance companies to get the best interest rates. I know because every time a new lender offers me "lower interest" or "lower monthly payments", when I tell them what I got, the say: Oh, If the market drops, we will contact you again, "you got a great deal". In terms of the process, We looked at many houses and she always accompanied me to see them. Jannese traveled from East Orlando to area Kissimmee area, (so a minimum of 45 min. drive) until she found the one we fell in love with. There were other buyers interested in the house but her communication techniques were amazing and she built a relationship with the other agent strong enough to have the owners incline to sell me the house, even when someone else had made a cash offer. From start to finish I recommend Jannese, if I had to buy another property, I would look for her every time.

Jannese did more than expected from a realtor from giving staging and showing advice to providing professional photos and video to local research and talking to realtors of other listings to open houses with marketing to following ups with possible buyers. Jannese Garcia turned my dream into a reality! She helped me purchase my first home. Not only did she assist with finding the perfect home for me and my family, she directed me to the finest and most knowledgeable team to get preapproved for a mortgage. She was very supportive and encouraging, even years prior to making the decision to buy. You see, I had been a renter for over 5 years and Jannese always reached out to me to update me on new programs that were available, but like many people, I was always too afraid to try. Had it not been for the motivation she gave me and her positivity, I honestly think I would still be renting (and throwing my money away). On New Years Evewhen most people are out partying , my ROCK STAR REALTOR was negotiating and making this dream come true for my family. We submitted our offer within hours of seeing the home and the very next morning, New Years Day she gave us the awesome news that our offer was accepted! We were under contract! From there the process went so smoothly and we closed in only 3 weeks! It was such a wonderful experience. I would recommend Jannese a million times. She is really the best at what she does. We are forever grateful to her!

Jannese Garcia is a wonderful person to work with. She is polite, kind, patient, and best of all she listens to any suggestions that you have.
