Never deal with Jarah. 1. She bombards random apartment listings on craigslist under the guise of a "*RoommateShare*" service in Stamford/Greenwich CT. Then when she contacts you, she does not keep track of which listing you responded to, and instead asks immediately for the personal information she needs to conduct business, before even talking to you about the property you were interested in. 2. Lack of professionalism: does not introduce herself in phone calls as a realtor or the company she represents, does not explain how she got to know you (because her craigslist listings are totally anonymous and has no searchable contact information), and does not even talk about your interest in the property until later on. Precisely because she spams her listings. I had a phone chat with this female twice. Both unpleasant experiences (with a hint of arrogance in her tone as well -- 'You see, coz I'm a realtor, blah blah blah'). I wish good luck on the next person dealing with her.

Very unprofessional, extremely rude.and not listening to what people say. No matter what her can offer, I do not want to deal this person.

DO NOT CONTACT JARAH TUTTLE, don't lease or buy from her. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. All of the time she considered herself, and never thought for you. What she cares is showing off her family, and giving you a bad day. She is pretty like, I don't care about you and this deal, I wanna get profit from you, and I have my perfect poker face. I was so nice to her, but she threatened me. Please keep at least 300 ft from this lady, friends.

Jarah is extremely rude & unprofessional. My friend and I went to view one of her listings. We confirmed the location and our budget. She sent us to the wrong address and then showed us something outside our price range

Rude and unprofessional. I didn’t believe the reviews because usually the people who go about their way to write negative things have the intent to do so. However when I called and spoke and she showed me homes she was very rude and unprofessional and it was clear all she wanted was to get her commission.

The worst I have every dealt with. Unprofessional in every way and is extremely poor in personality. Did absolutely nothing while the actual owner showed the place. No negotiation of price or anything. I had to do all on my own. Terrible person.

Rude. Don't deal with her for rentals unless your rental budget is well over 2K (regardless of the price of the listing you're responding to), otherwise she belittles you and has no interest in dealing with you.

Would absolutely NOT recommend working with her. She is rude, unprofessional, and does not communicate. I contacted her regarding two listings I see on realtor.com. Right off the bat, she was adamant about me needing to move into the units by a certain date. I told her I wasn’t set on an exact date but I said if it needed to happen I could make it happen. Throughout the course of our conversation she had an attitude, was snarky, and it was apparent she was uninterested in giving me an opportunity to view the units. She said she would get back to me and hung up mid sentence. I texted her asking if she had any updates for me and again no information. Such an unpleasant woman. Don’t waste your time working with her.

Extremely rude! She showed me three properties that I didn't like. I requested a tour of a property on a website and the company directed me to her. When she called, She started to yell at me and kept asking why I have not rented the previous apartments. She doesn't let me talk and she kept interrupting me. After all of the yelling, we managed to set up some time to view the apartment. She took me to another property with a different address and I told her that I requested the tour for a different apartment but she refused to show me the apartment and said all of these are the same!! she provided me with the wrong info and when I told her that the info that was provided by the office is different from her info, she left immediately and said: "Go talk to them!" RUDE, UNPROFESSIONALbutshe doesn't listen to what you say. she should get fired! totally ghetto!

So like most reviews on here, I’m extremely upset by her work ethic, professionalism and just general behavior. She emails in abbreviations and doesn’t give you any time of day. The unfortunate part about it is that she has the majority of the listings in the Stamford area. So if you want to move there, you’ll unfortunately have to play nice or do some extra digging to find a place without using her. I’d recommend the latter if possible. She is honestly a waste of space and the worst realtor I’ve ever dealt with.
