Made our first time home buying experience smooth rather then stressful like the horror stories we heard. Not only did he help us find the house. We closed in a month and his references for inspection/mortgage/insurance were all great and painless.Last minute save! We had chosen a house and the paperwork was ready to sign. He recommended we look at a newly listed house and it turned out being the RIGHT CALL. We can't say how pleased we are with his company. He sure is a Top of the line Realtor.

I came across Tangent Realty almost two years ago on Facebook, and have followed them ever since. My dream of purchasing a winter home in Florida was mostly about the weather, and I didnt have a real handle on exactly where I wanted to be. Searching from Massachusetts when you dont know the area isnt easy. Jared Niles was there for me, helped me see some of the best condos in Delray, Boca, and Ft. Lauderdale, and guided me to an area in East Boca that met my needs perfectly. His knowledge of the condos is amazing, I think he probably knows more about the buildings we saw than the people who actually live there. He also did a fantastic job finding comparable sales, and negotiating a fantastic deal. I truly love the home he found, and all of the great amenities at the Boca Raton Resort. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to friends and family, and will definitely be calling him to discuss a larger place when I move down full time.

Jared was instrumental in finding my first Boca home. Having grown up in the area I was familiar with the area, but quickly realized his extensive knowledge of the area far exceeded mine. My original goal was to find a home that was brand new, but after discussing options with him felt very comfortable renovation an older property and making it my own. Jared previously helped us find a house to rent and fought for us on move-in day to make sure we received the house in tip-top shape.
