I can't believe it took me so long to write this review! We bought our house just under 2 months ago and we LOVE it! We are still in awe of how Jared Jones handle the sale and got the house for us! I'm not talking this up! It was almost miracle status! This review is going to be kind of like a short story but I couldn't edit anything out. I want everyone to know how amazing our experience was from start to finish! First of all, he had to deal with me as a client! I must have been such a pest. I was constantly calling him for updates! At one point my husband took my phone away from me "for Jared sake"! But he never acted annoyed or anyting! He was super patient with me. It took us almost an entire year to find this house that we love. We were kind of limited in options because of our list of house requirements and because of how picky I was! Again Jared super patient! And he was never pushy, which I really appreciated about him! The whole story of how we found our house is too long to tell, but it definitely played a factor in filing this under miracle! The seller of our house was basically a good guy, but he made things difficult. He was the most indecisive person I've ever come across! Lol! It took him like a week to make every single decision! No joke! Hence, me calling constantly asking for updates This is where Jareds experience and skill as a real estate agent really shined! He handled this guy like a pro! Baby stepping him through each decision. He knew exactly when to call, when to push, and when to give him space! He must have accumulated hours of phone time with this guy. I think it would have been fun to watch if I hadn't been so stressed out about getting the house! After a few weeks of that I almost felt like telling him to forget about it... But I REALLY wanted this house, so I didn't! Lol! Not that Jared would have stopped anyways! He was relentless. And it paid off! I think Jared knew how difficult it would have been to find another house as perfect for us as this one is. We will forever appreciate all the time and effort Jared put in to getting it for us. And we will definitely be calling him if we ever decide to move! THANK YOU JARED!!

Powerof2Realty is great to work with. Jared and Brian are very available to open up houses for showings. They have impressive knowledge on local pricing and the general costs for changes or repairs needed on a house. They provided candid advice and good negotiation skills. We closed early, got seller credit, and bought the home $10,000 under ask. Power of 2 Realty has a network of other professionals so it is very easy to find a lender, plumber, inspector, whatever you need. I highly recommend power of 2 realty.
