I don't like giving all 5 stars because it seems too perfect or too fake but in my experience with Jared he legitimately earned a 5 in each of those areas. I have bought vacant land as well as land with a house on it with his help. His team is fast, friendly, and quick. They do the grunt work and give the client enough info to know what is going on or is needed but to not make you feel stressed or like you have to do the work.Cindy & Even Rose
